ORDER DENYING AMENDED PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS
KORNMANN, District Judge.
Petitioner, an inmate at the South Dakota State Penitentiary, filed a motion to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2254, and this Court previously assigned this matter to U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B).
