{¶ 1} In this case, we must decide the appropriate sanction for an attorney who prepared a will that named the attorney’s siblings’ corporation as a beneficiary in a situation where the testator was not related to the attorney’s siblings. The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline found that respondent, Linda S.
