Jack Colgan appeals from the district court’s order of August 29, 1990, which granted summary judgment to Fisher Scientific Company in his suit under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 626-633a, following his discharge from employment by Fisher.
