The question presented for decision on this appeal is whether the court below was in error in granting a peremptory instruction in favor of the appellees. It is necessary to such decision, that we consider everything to have been proven which the evidence establishes, directly or by reasonable inference, against the parties in whose favor the instruction was granted.
