Joseph Katz and Pauline Katz, his wife, have appealed from a judgment in the amount of $4,900.50, rendered against them in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County in an action at law brought by the appellee, Simcha Company, Inc., to obtain a deficiency judgment on two promissory notes dated July 6, 1955. The notes were secured by two deeds of trust on property designated as No. 712 F Street N. W., Washington, D. C.
