Samuel Sando Wayne II brought an action against MasterShield, Inc. and Park-view Associates alleging, among other things, discrimination in violation of the real property and public accommodation provisions of the Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA) MinmStat. § 363.03, subds. 2, 3 (1998).
