THOMAS, District Judge.
Whether the plaintiff is entitled to an injunction pendente lite under the allegations of the bill, the answer thereto, and .the accompanying affidavits of various witnesses, respecting those allegations, is the question presented and to be here decided. A temporary restraining order was granted on February 18, *1631919, upon the filing of the bill, and the plaintiff is now seeking a preliminary injunction under the provisions of equity rule 73 (198 Fed. xxxix, 115 C. C. A. xxxix).
