OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS AND/OR FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This litigation involves claims by the various plaintiffs that defendant interfered with their plans to market an armored car and/or parts for an armored car. Specifically, the allegation presently before the Court on the defendant’s motion to dismiss or for partial summary judgment is that defendant violated the Sherman Antitrust Act by subjecting the plaintiffs to sham litigation in state court.
