This is an action by plaintiff, as trustee of the National Express and Transportation Company, to recover from the estate of Charles L. Hunt, deceased, calls aggregating eighty per cent, on fifty shares of the capital stock of said company of the par value of $100 per share. The petition charges that in the' year 1865 Charles L.
