This is an action brought by Mary Sullivan, plaintiff, to recover damages for the death of her husband, Timothy J. Sullivan, caused, it is alleged, by the negligence of the defendants. Plaintiff recovered judgment for $8,500 against all three defendants, from which defendants Union Electric Light Power Company and Felts appealed. We shall refer to them as appellants.
