This writ of error was sued out to review a judgment for defendants in error against plaintiff in error for the value of supplies furnished by the former to E. F. Bishop, as receiver, who, at the instance and request of the bank, had been appointed to that office by the district court of Arapahoe county, in an action pending therein brought by plaintiff in error against The United Coal Company. The controversy here arises out of one branch of a cause once before this court and reported under the title of International Trust Co. v. United Coal Co., 27 Colo. 246.
