OPINION

HODGES, Judge.

Petitioners Doris and Cecil Youngblood filed a petition on behalf of their minor son Matthew, seeking compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 300aa-l to -34 (West 1991) (the Act). The parties stipulated to an Entry of Judgment and agreed to compensation under the Act with the exception of the amount for pain and suffering.
