MEMORANDUM OPINION
(July 1, 2002)
Before the Court is Plaintiffs “Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment,” pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.1 Plaintiff, having prevailed in part on a previous motion for summary judgment with respect to the merits of this case seeks partial summary judgment solely on the issue of damages.
