MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Bank of Nova Scotia has moved for summary judgment under Counts I and II of its Complaint, demanding turnover of the proceeds from the sale of its collateral and damages for conversion of the collateral.1 Defendant Four Winds Plaza Corp. has cross-moved for summary judgment, contending that the Bank’s UCC lien is invalid and requesting past due rent for the storage of the collateral.
