NEALON, District Judge.

On November 4, 1959, Stanley Clemo-chefsky made application to the Social Security Administration to establish a period of disability as provided in 42 U.S.C.A. § 416 (i) and for disability insurance benefits under 42 U.S.C.A. § 423. The Bureau of Old Age and Survivor’s' Insurance denied the application in January of 1960 and affirmed the original denial after a request for reconsideration had been made.
