BARTELS, District Judge.

This action was brought pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended (Act), 42 U.S.C.A. § 405 (g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Wei-fare (Secretary) denying the plaintiff’s claim for disability benefits under Section 223 of the Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 423. 1 Both sides have moved for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.Rules Civ.Proc., 28 U.S.C.A.
