The appellant entered a plea of guilty to two charges, the specifications thereunder alleging absence without leave for thirteen and one-half hours, and disobedience of a lawful order of a superior officer. A record of three previous convictions was received in evidence and accused was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for four months and forfeiture of $60.00 per month for the same period.
