This action was begun in the district court of Bryan county, Okla., by the plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against the defendant in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, to recover the sum of $630 alleged to be due the plaintiff from the defendant. The amount alleged to be due the plaintiff from the defendant was evidenced by a certain written contract entered into between the plaintiff and defendant on or about the 29th day of May, 1916.
