This action was instituted in the district court of Oklahoma county by T. G. Chambers, Jr., hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against J. S. Coates, Alf McOloskey, Natural Gas Development Corporation, an Oklahoma' corporation, and Natural Gas Development Corporation, a Delaware corpoTation, hereinafter referred to as defendants, as an .action to recover attorney’s fees for services performed under a written contract.
