Chapter 141, General Laws of Oregon, 1915, is entitled:
“An act relating to intoxicating liquors; prohibiting the manufacture and sale thereof * # *; declaring certain places and things to be nuisances and providing for their abatement and injunction * * *; and providing for search of premises and seizure and destruction of liquor * *
