MEMORANDUM OPINION
MOON, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Rebecca Walters, brought this action against the defendant, First State Bank (the “Bank”), as a result of a credit transaction that she entered into with the defendant in 1999. In her complaint, the plaintiff claims that the defendant violated the Truth in Lending Act. This matter is currently before the Court on the plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
