GIERKE, Judge:

A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of communicating a threat, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. In accordance with appellant’s pleas, the military judge also convicted him of a 1-day unauthorized absence, larceny, and failure to pay a just debt, in violation of Articles 86,121, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 886, 921, and 934, respectively.
