Mary Lou Walinsky (Walinsky) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County (trial court) granting separate motions for summary judgment filed by the Borough of Miners-ville (Borough) and by St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church (St. Nicholas Church). We affirm.
