This dispute under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq., comes before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions for judgment on the administrative record. (Docs. 13 and 14). Teri Haning alleges that The Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company (“Hartford”) wrongfully terminated her long-term disability benefits.
