CLAY, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff, Robert E. Williams, filed an action against Defendant, International Paper Company (“IP”), for allegedly violating the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B) by denying Williams disability retirement benefits. The district court granted summary judgment for IP and Williams appealed.
