OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Scott A. Mittman ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, in which that court granted summary judgment against appellant and in favor of appellee, Jamie B. Goldberg ("appellee"), on appellee's claim for legal malpractice, and on appellant's counterclaim for unpaid legal fees, and denied appellant's motion for summary judgment as to his counterclaim.
