Plaintiff Vijayakumar Moses brought this suit against his former employer, Howard University Hospital (“Howard”), alleging retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act, D.C. Code §§ 2-1401 et seq. (“DCHRA”). The case has been pending for some time and, on February 12, 2007, the Court granted Howard’s motion for summary judgment on all claims except plaintiffs claim that he was unlawfully retaliated against when Howard terminated…
