MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on several post-judgment motions by plaintiff Vi-jayakumar Moses’ Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, Janet M. Nesse, and defendant Howard University Hospital’s responses to Ms. Nesse’s motions.
