MEMORANDUM OPINION
MARY DAVIES SCOTT, Bankruptcy Judge.
Now before the Court is a Complaint Objecting to Dischargeability pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B) filed by AVCO Financial Services (AVCO) in this Chapter 7 case. The matter came on for hearing November 9, 1987. The debtors appeared personally and by counsel, Martha Gilpa-trick. AVCO appeared by counsel, Ralph Waddell, Esq., and the Trustee appeared pro se.
This Court has jurisdiction over the case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157. Moreover, the Court finds that it is a “core matter” within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(1) as exemplified…
