In this adversary proceeding, plaintiffs, Benito Cardenas and Maria de Jesus Maldonado seek a determination that a debt owed to them by the debtor, Albert J. Stowell is not dischargeable in his bankruptcy case. Plaintiffs allege that this debt, based on a judgment against Albert J.
