In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiff Armstrong Rubber Company (Armstrong) seeks an exception to discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(2)(B), (a)(4) and (a)(6). Armstrong asserts that the debt owed to it by debtor Fred H. Anzman is non-dischargeable because it was fraudulently procured by the making of a false financial statement and fraudulently extended by the failure to inform Armstrong of both his own and his company’s decline in financial condition.
