Plaintiff Janine R. Colter brings this action alleging that defendant Dobski & Associates, Inc. d/b/a McDonald’s Restaurants violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 by discriminating against her based on her race and retaliating against her after she opposed the allegedly discriminatory activity.
