Plaintiff Ramona Robinson brings this action alleging that defendant Rhodes Furniture, Inc. discriminated against her based on her race and sex, retaliated against her after she opposed the allegedly discriminatory behavior, and constructively discharged her in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (“Section 1981”), and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination, K.S.A. 44-1001 et seq. (“KAAD”).
