“1. On May 7, 1932, the Phoenix Insurance Company, of Hartford, Connecticut, issued to Frank T. Matyuf and Julia Matyuf a policy of insurance, insuring against loss by fire a certain building on the west side of and known as No. 4 Black Alley, Canons-burg, to an amount not exceeding Twenty-five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars.
