This proceeding, pursuant to article 78 of the CPLR, is brought to review and annul a determination of the Board of Regents which censured and reprimanded the petitioner upon a finding of guilt of fraud and deceit in the practice of medicine within the purview of paragraph (a) of subdivision 2 of section 6514 of the Education Law.
