Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (initiated in this court pursuant to Education Law § 6510-a [4]) to review a determination of the Commissioner of Education which, inter alia, suspended petitioner’s license to practice medicine in New York for two years.
Petitioner, a duly licensed physician in this State since 1978, was found guilty of four of the six charges of professional misconduct filed against him.
