In this case plaintiff seeks to recover under the first four contracts mentioned in the findings and the two supplements thereto amounts computed upon the basis of 20 percent of the net cost to the Government of the amount of material and trimmings saved by plaintiff in the manufacture of the articles of clothing called for from September 1, 1917, to completion of these contracts.
