MEMORANDUM OPINION
BEATY, District Judge.
This matter is presently before the Court on both Defendant Duke University’s Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law, and Defendant Duke University’s Alternative Motion for a New Trial and/or a Remittitur [Document # 103]. Plaintiff Heather Sue Mercer has also filed a Motion for Attorneys’ Fees [Document # 118].
