MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACK, District Judge.

THIS MATTER comes before the Court for consideration of two motions for summary judgment filed by the Pinkerton Defendants (Docs.102, 106) and a motion for summary judgment filed by the Intel Defendants (Doc. 82). The Court has reviewed the submissions of the parties and the relevant law, and, for the reasons set forth below, will GRANT the motions for summary judgment.
