THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Tresco, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss Claims of Retaliation Under the New Mexico Human Rights Act, Retaliatory Discharge at Common Law, and Constructive Discharge and Consolidated Memorandum Brief in Support of Motion to Dismiss, filed February 18, 2014 (Doc. 5)(“MTD”).
