OPINION
CARNEY, Justice.
I. INTRODUCTION
A property owner cancelled a contract to install a wind turbine on his property - and sued the contractor to recover his down payment, The contractor filed a counterclaim for breach of contract. The superior, court concluded that the contractor was required to be licensed by the State and had misrepresented its licensing status. It also concluded that the contractor could not maintain the counterclaim because the contractor was unregistered.
