This litigation was brought to recover for the wrongful death of Gordon Fos-sum resulting from an interseotionial automobile collision. The verdict was in favor of the plaintiff. In answers to 'Special interrogatories the jury found plaintiff’s damage to- be in the sum of $20,000 and that decedent’s own -contributory negligence was 10% of t'he total combined negligence proximaite'ly Causing his injuries and the defendant’s negligence was 90% of this ■total.
