OPINION OF THE COURT

Respondent was admitted to practice on December 23,1964 in the Second Judicial Department. After 15 years in general practice, involved primarily with insurance and negligence work, respondent was hired as managing director of a foreign corporation which was a general partner of a limited partnership dealing in the syndication of coal properties. Respondent had no expertise in this business, and relied upon others, including attorneys and an accountant who were supposedly specialists in this area.
