MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ATLAS, District Judge.
This case involves the denial of long-term disability benefits. The case is before the Court on Defendant Life Insurance Company of North America’s Motion for Summary Judgment (“LINA’s Motion”) [Doc. # 9].
