This matter comes before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim (Doc. 18) filed by Underwriters at Lloyd's of London, specifically QBE Marine & Energy syndicate to Policy No. 16CGLN10685 ("QBE" or "Defendant").
