The Claimants-Appellees (the “Claimants”) whose reimbursement is the subject of this appeal are individuals and entities that were fraudulently induced by William Goren to purchase shares in bogus mutual funds offered by his investment companies, New Times Securities Services, Inc. (“New Times”) and New Age Financial Services, Inc. (“New Age”) (collectively, the “Debtors”).
