Plaintiffs instituted this action to have reformed and enforced a defective lease upon real property. A trial to the court resulted in the entry of a decree reforming and correcting the lease and enjoining the defendants from interfering with plaintiffs’ pos session and enjoyment until the time of the expiration of the lease. Defendants have appealed. The assignment of error is in ruling that plaintiffs have any rights in the property subsequent to November 4, 1940.
