Plaintiff Corinne Omwenga brings this case against the United Nations Foundation (“UNF”), alleging violations of the False Claims Act (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. § 3730(h), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the D.C. Human Rights Act, D.C. Code § 2.1401.01 et seq. (“DCHRA”).
