Plaintiff Sandra Riechmann filed suit against defendants Cutler-Hammer, Inc. and Eaton Corporation alleging that defendants discriminated against her on the basis of her disability, failed to accommodate her disability and subjected her to disability-based harassment, all in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
