MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT E. NUGENT, Chief Judge.

Creditors Central Plains Steel, Inc. and Salina Steel, Inc. object to debtor Bruce E. Anderson’s homestead exemption on the basis of 11 U.S.C. § 522(c). 1 They assert that Anderson enhanced the value of his homestead by paying down his home mortgage with the proceeds of property that he disposed of with intent to hinder, delay, or defraud his creditors within 10 years of the date of his petition as provided for in § 522(o). 2 The Trustee initially joined in this objection, but omitted from the final pretrial order her objection on the basis of §…
